Hearts & Hands for the Homeless

What services do you provide to the homeless or to those at risk of homelessness?

We link people with mental health services and housing resources. We operate a full service drop-in center between the hours of 9am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday where persons can take a shower, watch TV and be linked with services. We offer case management service with supportive counseling, assist residents with applying for financial resources and help mediate any problems they have obtaining services in the community.

What population do you serve?

We assist persons with mental illness who are Camden County residents and are homeless on a walk-in basis as long as they are not being assisted with duplicated services somewhere else.
